By Customer Service, we mean all those activities that support those who trust us in choosing equipment and products for their medical practice or professional practice in general.
We are well aware that simply purchasing a product or device with varying levels of performance is often not enough to ensure the promised and desired diagnostic and/or therapeutic results. Generally, all products, whether equipment or consumables, require in-depth knowledge to fully exploit their features while also using them in complete safety.
Our focus is particularly on after-sales information and training for our staff. Our goal is to quickly develop the necessary knowledge of a given product or device, while ensuring complete safety for everyone. This ensures that the investment represents a secure and profitable return, both professionally and financially, for the physician using it.
This activity sees us committed to supporting our customers through periodic training courses, conference calls with professionals who already use our products, and, in particular, through on-site support at the customer's premises with the support of product specialists and/or expert users who are our technical-scientific consultants.
